Create User

Select Security->Users in the left panel and click the Add button on the top toolbar of the management system, then the Add User dialog popup up.

Complete the dialog by specifying the following things:

  • The name of the user.
  • The password of the user.
  • The confirm password of the user.

If you wish to use this account for mutual authorization, please select Enable mutual authorization box and type mutual secret. Please keep in mind that it is case sensitive.

If iSCSI / iSER targets are authorized by some groups, each user must be added into one of these groups.

Specify User Group

Press the Next button or click Groups on the tab

Select groups that you want to add the user into, and press the Finish button to create the user.

Edit or Delete User

In main interface, select on the checkbox in the left of the user which you want to modify or delete. Click the ‘Edit‘ button to edit the user info or select the Delete button to delete it.
